I just wanted to take a moment to rate my recent experience at Applewood motor. As you can see l give it a 5 star. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praises to my salesman, Erich Perkins not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot but also a true professional.

As I sit here and write this, I think of how blessed I am to have had the privilege of buying a car from Erich Perkins. It is hard to find an honest salesman, and even harder to find one who truly has your best interest in mind. I was in a car accident and had 2 weeks to find a new car. My Aunt & Uncle told me about Erich and so I figured why not go in and see him. So my fiance and I did. Right off the bat he was interested in helping us, and knowing our story. His sense of humor and honesty put us at ease right away. From there it was history. I bought a Kia Soul, which I love, although I must say it took a little convincing. Erich even went to the trouble of finding a pallet (he claims he didn't) to fit in my car, because I wanted to be able to do projects with them. He never once pressured me into buying a car, he just wanted what was best for me! A truly remarkable thing, considering he is a salesman. He was a blast to deal with and we had a lot of fun! Lately, I've gotten to know Erich, George, Alex and the Applewood family a bit better, and I must say that these are some truly remarkable, kind and honest people! The secretary even did research on wedding venues for me as I am planning my wedding...going above and beyond is what makes them so special! There is NO BETTER PLACE to buy a car than from the ORIGINAL APPLEWOOD KIA. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go anywhere else! Seriously, you will not get this treatment ANYWHERE else!!! Erich is truly an amazing salesman and person! He took the time to hear my needs and did not waver or try to trick me for a quick sale. My mom and I both got new cars and his care and patience allowed us to pick the best fit for us. He constantly follows up and keeps in touch with how we are doing. This was the first place I went to when I was looking for my next car. I met Erich who sat down and noted what I was looking for and what my budget was. At that time they didn't have anything that met my needs but Erich said he would keep in touch. I spent the next week going around the Lower Mainland where I was told to either increase my budget, buy brand new or give up on what features I wanted and felt that no one was listening or cared. When Erich called and suggested I come back in I wasn't holding out hope but, an hour later, I was in my new car that had everything I wanted and was under budget. The frustrations from the week of looking were wiped out and I was very excited to be in my new car.
